Booking Conditions

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of Contract that govern the purchase of stays made remotely through telematic networks and therefore the contract concluded with users of the website owned by the company Cavaliere s.r.l.

In any case, the use of the online booking system contained on the said website implies acceptance and application of these general conditions.

Cavaliere s.r.l. reserves the right to modify these Conditions without prior notice.

Acceptance of the General Sales Conditions

By using the online booking service and by electronically submitting the purchase order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions, declaring to have read and accepted all the indications contained therein in accordance with the aforementioned regulations and also acknowledging that Cavaliere s.r.l. will not be bound by different conditions unless previously agreed in writing. The possible nullity or invalidity, in whole or in part, of one or more articles of these General Conditions does not in any way affect the validity of the other articles contained in the contract, which are to be considered valid and effective.

Customer Commitments

The submission of the booking request implies full knowledge of these conditions and their full acceptance.

The Customer undertakes and obliges, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and retain these Conditions, already viewed and accepted during the booking process, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

To purchase the services provided by Cavaliere s.r.l., it is necessary to be at least 18 years old or be of legal age according to the laws of the country of citizenship. However, any reservations regularly completed, even if made by minors, incapacitated persons, or disabled persons, will still be fully valid and effective.

Purchase Procedure

The Cavaliere s.r.l. website describes the different accommodations available at the time with their respective treatment, rates, and special conditions (including those related to deposits, payments, reservation cancellations, etc.). These rates include VAT (except in cases of an increase in the relevant rate, cases in which the Customer is required to pay the difference) but do not include any taxes due based on local regulations, such as the Italian tourist tax, which must be paid directly at the hotel.

The Customer will choose from the various available accommodations the one they prefer according to the respective rate and special conditions indicated during the reservation process, which are accepted at the time of submitting the purchase order.

Before submitting this order and therefore before confirming the reservation request, the Customer will be provided with a summary of the total cost of the requested services; the Customer is required to check this summary before proceeding with payment (if required by the chosen rate) or providing credit card details as a guarantee.

Depending on the rate chosen by the Customer, when placing the purchase order, the Customer will be asked to choose the payment method (including bank transfer, credit card, etc.) or enter the details of a credit card as a guarantee for the exact fulfillment of their obligations.

After sending the purchase order (or, as provided for by the chosen rate, after making the payment of the amount indicated in the service summary or a deposit, or after entering the credit card details as a guarantee), the Customer will receive an email to the address provided containing a summary of their order, the reservation number, the details of the booked service, and its cancellation conditions.

Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded with the acceptance of the purchase/reservation order by Cavaliere s.r.l.

Depending on the different rate chosen, the reservation will only be definitively confirmed by Cavaliere s.r.l. upon successful payment or the credit card indicated as a guarantee by the Customer.

In the absence of such successful completion, the Customer cannot make any claims.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Article 47 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005, the so-called "Consumer Code," expressly excludes the applicability of the regulations on contracts concluded outside commercial premises, distance contracts, and the related right of withdrawal to contracts falling within the scope of the regulations concerning travel, holidays, and "all-inclusive" packages.

Penalties for Cancellation or Early Departure

In the special conditions relating to the type of accommodation/rate chosen - conditions that can be consulted before purchase on the Cavaliere s.r.l. website - any penalties that will be applied in case of cancellation/annulment of the reservation by the Customer are also indicated.

In the event of early departure, Cavaliere s.r.l. is entitled to payment for the entire booked period.

Refunds

Any refunds due to the Customer will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase of the service.

Start and End of Stay. Treatment.

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any early accommodation or late check-out beyond these hours is subject to a surcharge.

No reductions are possible for meals included and not consumed for any reason.

Notices at the Time of Booking

Any special requests or preferences indicated by the Customer regarding the rooms (such as: nearby rooms, on the ground floor, with double beds, etc.) are not binding for Cavaliere s.r.l., which is free to accept them or not.

Customer Rights

The Customer, whose reservation has been duly confirmed by Cavaliere s.r.l. and then paid for according to the chosen rate, has the right to use the reserved services regularly, while observing the regulations of the accommodation facility.

Customer Obligations

The Customer is required, no later than at the time of departure, to pay all due fees, including any additional ones, related to extra services/perks used by the Customer and/or the accompanying persons, in addition to the tourist tax if applicable; the credit card indicated as a guarantee at the time of booking can be used by Cavaliere s.r.l. for payment of all due fees, including any additional ones.

The Customer is also responsible for any damage suffered by Cavaliere s.r.l. or third parties, including other Customers, caused by the Customer or by persons for whom the Customer is responsible.

Hotel Rights

If the Customer refuses to pay the due fees, even for additional services purchased on-site, Cavaliere s.r.l., in addition to being able to use the credit card indicated as a guarantee at the time of booking, according to article 2760 of the Civil Code, also has the right of retention and lien on the Customer's property found in the hotel.

Hotel Obligations

The hotel is required to provide the booked services and treatments in a manner corresponding to its standard.

The hotel may provide the Customer with suitable alternative accommodation (of equal quality), for example, in the event of an uninhabitable room, in case of extension of the stay of the previous occupants of the room in question, in case of overbooking, and in all cases where the hotel's needs require such a substitution.

Any additional costs associated with alternative accommodation are borne by the hotel.

Responsibility for Property Damage.
